Evolusi Teknologi. Dampaknya terhadap Tempat Kerja <\/p>\n

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi telah menjadikan transformasi sebagai elemen kunci bagi bisnis masa kini untuk berkembang pesat di dunia. Bisnis semakin beralih ke sumber daya dan teknologi untuk membuat proses mereka lebih lancar dan efisien sekaligus meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Pergeseran ini dapat dilihat di berbagai sektor seperti keuangan, layanan kesehatan, ritel, dan manufaktur. Seiring kemajuan digital yang terus berlanjut, kemajuan tersebut akan merevolusi cara kita bekerja. <\/p>\n

Perubahan signifikan yang diakibatkan oleh transformasi ini adalah lonjakan pengaturan kerja akibat dampak pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini menyebabkan penyesuaian cepat praktik kerja oleh organisasi di seluruh dunia untuk memungkinkan operasi jarak jauh. Sebagai hasil dari perubahan ini, banyak karyawan merasa nyaman bekerja dari rumah mereka yang mendorong banyak perusahaan untuk mengeksplorasi gagasan menggabungkan kerja jarak jauh sebagai strategi jangka panjang.
